A bit about me and why I founded Vanya Esthetics:

Since adolescence, I have struggled with problematic skin--acne, scarring, hyper-pigmentation, sensitive skin, ingrown hairs--you name it, I’ve dealt with it. The insecurity I felt about my skin could be overwhelming at times, and was what initially pulled me into a career in skin care. For over thirteen years, I have worked in this industry, including some massage therapy and administrative roles, however, nothing has brought me the same level of satisfaction I experience as an esthetician.

I founded Vanya Esthetics specifically to help those that struggle with skin care just like I did; I understand what it is to feel vulnerable about your flaws and that it can be difficult to trust someone enough to safely and effectively work on those flaws without judgment. As an esthetician, I take great pride in connecting with my clients on an interpersonal level and creating a safe space for us to work toward your desired outcomes. I specialize in treating acneic skin, sensitive skin, and sugaring hair removal, and while I believe in nurturing any skin type, I also believe in being assertive with treatment when it comes to more stubborn issues like scarring and hyper-pigmentation.

The best part of my job is seeing the confidence, self-assuredness, and joy that my clients experience when we get the desired results.
